These soaps are beautiful and elegantly wrapped in a little gift box, enhancing the charm. The shipping cost more than the item, but the designer wrote a sweet, handwritten (!!) note apologizing for this and gave me a free gift of a soap-saver and little decorative bars of soap to offset the cost. The thoughtfulness of the note and little soaps was generous and so thoughtful. Wonderful customer service!!
